Terms and Conditions of Use for ijuta

1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By accessing, browsing or using the ijuta website and services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to comply with all the terms and conditions set out in this document. These terms take full effect from the date stated and apply to all registered users as well as general visitors to the ijuta website.

ijuta reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice being required, except in matters that materially affect user rights. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use after any changes is considered acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Account Registration and Management

To use the full services of ijuta, you need to register a valid account. The registration requirements are as follows:

• Users must be at least 21 years old on the date of registration.
• Each individual is only allowed to hold one active account. Registering multiple accounts by the same individual is prohibited and may result in all such accounts being suspended.
• Information provided during registration — including full name, date of birth, mobile number and email — must be accurate and up to date.
• ijuta reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, including a copy of your MyKad or relevant identification document, to ensure the accuracy of the information provided.
• You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. Any activity that occurs under your account is your own responsibility.
• If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact the ijuta support team immediately via live chat or email.

3. Deposits and Fund Management

ijuta supports a range of convenient and secure payment methods for Malaysian players. Deposits can be made via Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking through FPX and cryptocurrency including USDT, BTC and ETH.

The minimum deposit amount for all payment methods is RM10. All deposit transactions are subject to automated security checks to ensure the integrity of each transaction. Deposited funds will be credited to the account once successful verification has been completed by the system.

All deposit methods listed are methods supported by ijuta. Users are encouraged to use whichever method best suits their needs.

4. Withdrawals

Withdrawals from an ijuta account are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction.
• Withdrawal processing time is between 30 minutes and 3 hours depending on the payment method chosen and the time the request is made.
• Withdrawals can only be processed to the same account or payment method used for the deposit, except in certain circumstances that require a review by the ijuta finance team.
• Before a withdrawal is processed, all wagering requirements associated with any bonus used must be fully met.
• ijuta reserves the right to delay or reject withdrawal requests that show signs of fraudulent activity or that do not comply with these terms.

5. Bonuses, Promotions and VIP Programme

ijuta offers various bonus offers to registered members. The ijuta welcome bonus gives 200% of your first deposit up to RM1,500. For example, if you deposit RM100, you will receive a RM200 bonus bringing your total balance to RM300. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times the bonus amount — in this example, RM200 × 10 = RM2,000 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

All other promotional offers run by ijuta from time to time are also subject to specific conditions that will be stated in their respective announcements. Users are responsible for understanding the conditions of each bonus before claiming it.

The ijuta VIP Programme consists of five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond — with weekly cashback ranging from 0.2% to 1.0% depending on membership tier. Eligibility for an upgrade to a higher tier depends on the user's wagering activity over time. Misuse of the bonus system, including arbitrage betting or strategies deemed invalid, may result in bonuses being cancelled and the account suspended.

6. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

As an ijuta user, you agree not to engage in the following activities:

• Using automated software, bots or any unauthorised technological tools to interact with the ijuta platform.
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities or bugs in the system to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering through improper deposits and withdrawals.
• Providing false information during registration or in any communication with the ijuta team.
• Transferring funds between different user accounts as a way to circumvent wagering requirements.
• Registering multiple accounts using the same or different identities to claim bonus benefits repeatedly.

ijuta reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of carrying out the above activities and to take appropriate action including suspending the account, cancelling bonuses or withholding withdrawals until the investigation is complete.

7. Account Closure and Suspension

Users may request voluntary closure of their account at any time by contacting the ijuta support team via live chat or email. Before the account is closed, all valid balances will be processed for withdrawal subject to the relevant conditions.

ijuta reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the user has violated these terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or used the platform in a way that could compromise the security of the system or other users. In such cases, funds in the account may be held while an investigation is carried out.

ijuta provides its services on an "as is" basis. The platform makes no guarantee that services will operate without interruption, errors or delays. 9. Amendment of Terms and Conditions
